Terms and Conditions of 3tbet: Clear Rules for Everyone

For the purposes of this document, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the 3tbet.best website and all services associated with it, including Sports Betting, online casino, crash games, and all other available products.
• "User" or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, or uses the services of 3tbet.
• "Account" refers to the individual profile created by the user after completing the registration process on the platform.
• "Real Balance" refers to amounts deposited by the user using their own funds.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to amounts credited by the 3tbet as part of promotions — subject to rollover before they can be withdrawn.
• "Rollover" refers to the wagering requirement that must be met before bonus balance can be converted to real balance and withdrawn.

By accessing the 3tbet for the first time, and on each subsequent login, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must immediately stop using the platform.

To create an account on 3tbet and use any of the available services, the user must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years on the registration date.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) issued by the Receita Federal.
• Not be under an active self-exclusion, whether on 3tbet or any other regulated responsible gambling program.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or first-degree relative of an employee of the 3tbet.

Only one account is permitted per CPF, residential address, and device. The 3tbet uses detection technology to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts linked to the same holder are detected, all secondary accounts will be closed, bonus balances will be cancelled, and only the real balance from the primary account will be returned to the user.

• The minimum amount per single bet is R$ 2.00. The minimum amount per selection in multiple bets is also R$ 2.00 per ticket.
• A bet that has been confirmed and accepted by the system is final — except in cases where the cash out feature is available and activated by the user before the event ends.
• Odds may be adjusted by 3tbet at any time before the event begins. The odds applied to a bet are always those in effect at the moment the user confirms it.
• If an event is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned, all related bets will be voided and the full stake will be returned to the user's balance.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event — except live bets, which are explicitly offered as such — will be cancelled and refunded.
• The 3tbet reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from users who show a systematic pattern of exploiting odds errors or betting under circumstances that suggest the use of insider information.

Live betting follows the same general rules, with the distinction that odds are updated in real time and may differ from pre-game odds. Cash out is available on both live and pre-game bets for major events and markets, as indicated on the platform.

The online casino at 3tbet offers slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Live Casino with real dealers, and crash games. All casino games are provided by internationally certified suppliers — including Spribe, Pragmatic Play, and Evolution Gaming — and use regularly audited random number generators (RNG).

• Welcome bonus: 100% of the first deposit amount, up to R$ 500.00. Available only to users who have not yet made any deposit. The bonus is credited automatically once the deposit is confirmed.
• Rollover: The rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 5× the value of the bonus received. Example: a R$ 200.00 deposit generates a R$ 200.00 bonus; the required rollover is R$ 1,000.00 (5 × R$ 200.00) in qualifying bets.
• Bets that count toward rollover: Sports bets with odds of 1.50 or higher and bets on crash games or slots. Voided, cancelled bets or bets on markets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the rollover.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 for any payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit, but transactions above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional source-of-funds verification, in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Deposits must be made exclusively using funds belonging to the account holder. The 3tbet does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties. If a third-party deposit is identified, the amount will be returned to its origin and the account may be suspended for investigation.

Real balance withdrawals on 3tbet are available after initial identity verification (KYC). The general withdrawal rules are:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00.
• Pix withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes in most cases, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays.
• The withdrawal method must match the one used for the corresponding deposit — meaning if you deposited via Pix, the withdrawal will be sent to the same Pix key or linked bank account.
• There is no fee from 3tbet on withdrawals. Any bank fees are the responsibility of the user's bank.
• In the event of suspected fraud or irregular activity, 3tbet may temporarily suspend withdrawals for internal investigation. The user will be notified by email in the event of a suspension, along with an estimated resolution timeframe.
• Bonus balance withdrawals are only possible after the corresponding rollover has been fully completed.

The user is solely responsible for the security of their login credentials (email and password). The 3tbet recommends:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings.
• Never share login credentials with third parties.
• Access the platform exclusively through the official address 3tbet.best.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 3tbet at suporte@3tbet.best. The account may be temporarily blocked for investigation.

The 3tbet never requests passwords or card details via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any message requesting such information should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to support.

The user may request account closure at any time by contacting 3tbet. After the request is submitted, any remaining real balance will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days. Bonus balances with incomplete rollover will be cancelled.

The 3tbet reserves the right to suspend or close an account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Duplicate accounts linked to the same CPF or device.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, including bonus abuse, betting patterns that suggest systematic exploitation of odds errors, or the use of automation software.
• Money laundering or any illicit financial activity detected.
• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.

In cases of closure due to suspected fraud, the real-money balance may be held until the internal investigation is complete, with a maximum period of 30 days. If the investigation does not confirm any irregularity, the full balance is returned to the user.

The 3tbet believes that most people use the platform recreationally and within their financial means. To support this, we provide a set of responsible gambling tools that any user can activate at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings.
• Loss limits: Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period.
• Session time: Set usage-time alerts and mandatory break intervals.
• Temporary self-exclusion: Block your own access for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Permanent account closure with a 7-day reflection period before it takes effect.

• Losses resulting from bets placed by the user knowingly and of their own free will.
• Internet or device connectivity failures on the user's side that affect the confirmation of bets or withdrawals.
• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or third-party losses related to the use of the platform.

In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds, winnings, or balances being credited to a user's account, the 3tbet reserves the right to correct the error, including reversing any amounts incorrectly credited. The user will be notified by email in the event of a reversal.

The 3tbet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes that affect users' rights or obligations will be communicated at least 7 days in advance, via the registered email address and through a platform notification.

Urgent changes — such as those required for immediate compliance with a legal obligation or in response to a security threat — may be implemented with shorter notice. In such cases, users will be informed as soon as possible after implementation.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated version of these terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with a change, you may close your account as described in Section 10.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute or controversy arising from the use of the platform 3tbet shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Brazilian courts.

Before initiating any formal procedure, the user is encouraged to resolve the matter directly with 3tbet, which is committed to reviewing and responding to formal complaints within 5 business days.

For complaints not resolved internally, the user may contact consumer protection channels available in Brazil, including the Procon in their state and the consumidor.gov.br portal.
